Puttshack USA is seeking a Server Assistant to help deliver exceptional guest experiences across dining and golf venues. You will assist the service team with food and beverage service, ensure timely delivery, and keep dining areas and golf courses clean and set for guests.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age to apply.
• Prior hospitality or food/beverage experience.
• Strong level of emotional intelligence and overall self-awareness.
• High standards of guest satisfaction.
• Ability to obtain any required licenses and certifications for your location.
• Experience safely and effectively transporting food and beverage.

Responsibilities

• Bring your 'A' Game each and every day.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and ensure overall experience exceeds expectations.
• Greet guests with a warm welcome and sincere smile.
• Assist service team with all food and beverage service.
• Deliver food and drinks to guests in the dining room, bar, and golf courses following steps of service.
• Clean and transport dirty dishes to tray or dish room.
• Quickly and efficiently clean, sanitize, and reset tables.
• Stock and maintain supplies at service stations.
