Job summary

Puttshack USA is seeking energetic Server Assistants to support on-floor service and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will help deliver food and drinks, clear and reset tables, and assist the service team to keep the dining and golf areas running smoothly.

We value teamwork, strong guest interaction, and the ability to multitask in a lively environment. Flexible hours apply, with compensation that includes tips and a base wage where applicable.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality or food/beverage experience.
• Strong guest-service mindset and professionalism.
• Ability to communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to obtain required location certifications if needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and drinks to guests in dining rooms, bars, and golf areas.
• Assist service team with all food and beverage service.
• Greet guests and provide a warm, attentive welcome.
• Clean, sanitize, and reset tables and golf courses between guests.
• Stock and maintain supplies at service stations while following safety guidelines.
