Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Security Officer to maintain a safe and welcoming casino environment. You will protect assets, enforce policies and gaming regulations, respond to incidents, and deliver exceptional guest service with professionalism and integrity.

You will perform patrols, control access, report disturbances, assist during emergencies, and communicate effectively across dispatch systems. A Nebraska Gaming License, HS diploma, and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
• Must be able to obtain and retain a Nebraska Gaming License.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills including tact with customers.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License with minimal violations in past 36 months.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security protection on property, including money handling, customer service, and dispatch functions.
• Check IDs and ensure guests are at least 21 to enter the casino.
• Observe and report disruptive or intoxicated individuals.
• Respond to security concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Provide medical attention in emergencies to guests and team members.
• Assist guests and team members and communicate via dispatch radio.
• Patrol assigned areas and monitor for safety, violations, or emergencies.
• Know emergency equipment locations and report any issues.
