Job summary

SSA Consulting Group in the United States is seeking a Retail Associate to join our hospitality-focused team. You will assist guests, handle transactions, maintain clean, organized counters, and support stock and display maintenance in a fast-paced store environment.You will collaborate with Retail Supervisors and Managers, adapt to varied hours including nights and weekends, and contribute to our Guest Service program to create memorable experiences while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Thrive in a team environment while capable of working independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Able to understand and implement written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer skills, familiarity with POS systems and Excel.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and move/lift boxes (10–35lbs).
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill guest’s needs quickly and efficiently.
• Inform leadership when items are low or special requests arise; coordinate with warehouse to pull items.
