SSA Group is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver exceptional guest experiences across multiple locations in the US. You will handle customer needs, assist with merchandise displays, and support daily operations in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role emphasizes teamwork, accurate cash handling, and upholding SSA Group guidelines while promoting sustainability and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Thrive in a team environment while able to work independently.
• Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions.
• Computer knowledge of basic POS systems and Excel.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 10–35 lbs.
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Fulfill guest needs quickly and efficiently.
• Inform leadership when stock is low or for special requests; coordinate with warehouse to pull items.
• Relay customer feedback to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Uphold company policies and procedures.
• Perform SSA EXTRA Guest Service to create a memorable guest experience.
• Stock counts and merchandise displays.
• Increase sales through promotions and suggestive selling.
• Support company sustainability and community engagement efforts.
