Job summary

SSA Group is seeking a Retail Associate to join our dynamic unit. You will assist guests, stock and merchandise displays, and uphold service standards across shifts. This role requires teamwork, reliable independence, and a positive customer-focused attitude to drive sales.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, maintaining a clean workspace, and supporting sustainability and community initiatives while adapting to varied hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Thrives in a team environment while able to work independently.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Computer knowledge with basic POS systems and Excel.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 10–35 lbs.
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill guest needs quickly and efficiently.
• Inform leadership when item quantities are low; coordinate with warehouse to pull and fill items.
• Relay customer comments to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Uphold company policies and procedures.
• Perform SSA EXTRA Guest Service steps to ensure a memorable guest experience.
• Stock supplies and merchandise displays neatly and timely.
• Maintain balanced cash drawer as assigned.
• Merchandise products to maximize sales and promote promotions.
• Support sustainability efforts and community engagement activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
