Job summary

SSA Group is hiring a Retail Associate to join our dynamic frontline team. You will greet guests, fulfill their needs, and merchandise products to maximize sales while upholding company standards.

You must be reliable, work well in a team, and handle varied hours including nights and weekends. Prior experience is not required; training will cover POS systems and customer service to create memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Thrive in a team environment while having the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions.
• Computer knowledge and skill level basic POS systems, and Excel.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 10–35 lbs as needed.
• Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill guest’s needs quickly and efficiently.
• Inform retail leadership when item quantities are low or for special requests.
• Relay customer comments to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Uphold company policies and SSA EXTRA Guest Service standards.
• Check and stock supplies; keep areas neat and clean.
• Maintain balanced cash drawer as assigned.
• Merchandise products to maximize sales and use suggestive selling.
• Support sustainability and community engagement efforts.
