Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Thrive in a team environment with independence and flexibility in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to understand and execute written and verbal instructions.
• Experience with POS systems and Excel.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift 10–35 lbs.
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill guest’s needs quickly and efficiently.
• Inform retail leadership when item quantities are low or on special requests; coordinate with warehouse to pull and fill items.
• Relay customer comments to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Uphold company policies and procedures.
• Perform SSA EXTRA Guest Service steps to ensure a memorable guest and client experience.
• Check and stock supplies; keep displays neat.
• Clean tables, chairs, and equipment.
• Keep counter and floor clean; maintain cash drawer as assigned.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Merchandise products to maximize sales; promote items and suggestive selling.
• Support SSA/Unit in community engagement and sustainability efforts.
• Follow SSA and client guidelines with regard to Sustainability/Conservation.
