In this fast-paced role, you will maintain menu knowledge, coordinate with kitchen staff, and support multiple dining areas while upholding cleanliness and presentation standards. No travel is required and the position is fully on-site.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in restaurant service; high-volume dining and hotel background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide attentive service for dining experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter into POS.
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely, professional manner.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by monitoring needs and responding promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverages.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for accurate, timely delivery.
• Manage multiple tables in a high-volume environment.
• Assist with seating guests or supporting other service areas.
