Defoor Hospitality Group is seeking a Barista to deliver exceptional guest service while preparing high-quality coffee beverages and grab-and-go items in our on-site marketplace. The role supports a clean, well-stocked, welcoming space and requires friendliness, reliability, and attention to detail.

Candidates should be able to operate a POS system, handle cash transactions, and adapt to a fast-paced hospitality setting. Flexible schedule including mornings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous barista or hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience operating a POS system and handling cash.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso beverages, teas, smoothies, and other drinks.
• Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Process cash, credit card, and mobile transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the marketplace and coffee station.
• Stock beverages, snacks, and supplies with proper product rotation.
• Monitor inventory and notify management when replenishment is needed.
• Prepare grab-and-go items per food safety guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and make recommendations to guests.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally.
