Job summary

Stonefire Restaurant is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager in delivering an exceptional dining experience. You will lead shifts, coach teams, and ensure service standards, safety, and quality while managing guest expectations across in-restaurant and catering events.

The role requires at least 1 year in a high-volume setting, strong communication and leadership, and a collaborative approach with KM and FOH leadership to drive sales and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a high-volume role.
• Fast Casual Restaurant and catering experience preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational leadership and exceptional communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial and driven by accomplishment.
• Lover of people, food and service.

Responsibilities

• Leads through service and empowers the team while upholding integrity and company values.
• Maintains shift focus on guests and team, showing respect and loyalty each shift.
• Partners with GM/AGM/EKM to train staff and ensure policy adherence and service standards.
• Oversees safety, health, quality, and sanitation compliance across all operations.
• Coordinates catering events and supports successful Stonefire catering services.
• Prepares schedules, attends Weekly Manager and KM Meetings, and supports team development.
