Job summary

Summit Management Corp is seeking a hands-on Hotel Maintenance Technician to keep HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other hotel systems in peak condition. You will inspect, repair, and perform preventive maintenance while staying guest-focused and safety-aware.

The role offers day and night shifts, opportunities for growth, and a supportive team environment within our Atlanta property. A high school diploma is required, with hospitality maintenance experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Maintenance experience, hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Solid troubleshooting skills and a get-it-done attitude.
• Excellent communication and guest-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Willingness to work rotating schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Regular inspections and repairs of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other hotel systems.
• Address maintenance requests promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
• Coordinate with other departments and vendors for project work.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.
