Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a Lot Attendant / Lot Auditor to ensure a smooth, safe, and organized parking experience. The role involves directing traffic, assisting guests, and monitoring the lot, outdoors in all weather conditions, with a friendly, detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities include ticketing and payments, shift logging, and maintaining records. This non-exempt, hourly position emphasizes customer service, safety, and teamwork within a fast-paced parking

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Clean driving record with no more than three moving violations in the past three years.
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather and shift schedules.

Responsibilities

• Ticketing and payments processing and accurate cash handling.
• Complete shift logs and document parking activity.
• Label keys and record vehicle details.
• Check the lot regularly for safety and policy compliance.
• Maintain clean and presentable parking area and booth.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist guests.
• Coordinate with team via radios and support operations.
• Attend training and adapt to scheduling needs.
