Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a Lot Attendant / Lot Auditor to deliver friendly customer service in a busy parking environment. The role involves directing traffic, assisting guests, and keeping the lot orderly and secure in all weather.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and be comfortable working outdoors, with a strong emphasis on safety, policy compliance, and teamwork. This is a non-exempt, hourly position with potential overtime and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform outdoor duties in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Ticketing & payments: issue tickets, handle payments accurately, track money and paperwork.
• Reporting & documentation: complete shift logs and track revenue.
• Administrative tasks: label keys, record vehicle details, maintain records.
• Security & compliance: monitor lot and ensure vehicles are parked safely and per policy.
• Lot maintenance: keep area clean and presentable, assist with light cleaning.
• Customer service: assist guests with payments and parking questions with a friendly attitude.
• Team communication: use radios and stay connected with the team.
• Schedule adherence: arrive on time and follow policies.
• Additional duties: participate in trainings and adapt to scheduling needs.
