Parking Management Company (PMC) is a national leader in hospitality-focused parking services. The Lot Attendant / Lot Auditor helps ensure a smooth, safe, and organized parking experience for guests.

The role involves directing traffic, assisting customers, monitoring the lot, and maintaining a clean, secure environment outdoors in all weather conditions. A high school diploma or GED is required, and a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Ticketing and payments: issue tickets, collect payments, and track transactions.
• Reporting and documentation: fill shift logs and record parking activity.
• Administrative support: label keys and maintain vehicle details.
• Security and compliance: monitor lot and report safety concerns.
• Lot maintenance: keep area clean and presentable; assist with light cleaning.
• Customer service: assist guests with payments and parking questions.
• Teamwork and communication: stay in touch with staff and support operations.
• Professionalism and attendance: arrive on time and follow policy.
• Additional duties: participate in training and adapt to scheduling needs.
