Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a Lot Attendant who will help create a smooth, safe parking experience. You will direct traffic, assist guests, and monitor the lot while maintaining a clean, secure environment.

The role requires a friendly, detail-oriented attitude and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions; shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays. A valid license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Background check required and maintained throughout employment.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic, assist guests, and answer parking questions.
• Monitor lot and ensure safety, security, and policy compliance.
• Process tickets and payments accurately and record keeping.
• Complete shift logs and document parking activity.
• Keep the lot, booth, and keys organized and presentable.
• Support operations and attend training as needed.
• Communicate with team using radios and maintain professionalism.
