Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a Lot Attendant/Lot Auditor to ensure a smooth, safe, and organized parking experience for guests. The role involves directing traffic, assisting customers, monitoring the lot, and maintaining cleanliness in all weather conditions.

The position emphasizes friendly, detail-oriented service, with responsibilities spanning ticketing, payments, logs, and security compliance while supporting overall lot operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Successful background check required.

Responsibilities

• Issue tickets, handle payments accurately, and track money and paperwork.
• Complete shift logs, track tickets and revenue, and document parking activity.
• Label keys, record vehicle details, and maintain organized records of parked cars.
• Check the lot regularly for safety and policy compliance; report any unsafe activity.
• Keep the parking area and booth clean; assist with light cleaning or janitorial tasks.
• Assist guests with payments and parking questions with a friendly attitude.
• Use radios to stay in contact with team and support operations.
• Arrive on time and maintain a professional appearance; adhere to company policies.
• Attend training and adapt to scheduling needs as required.
