Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a Lot Attendant/Lot Auditor to ensure a smooth, safe, and organized parking experience for guests. This role includes directing traffic, assisting customers, monitoring the lot, and keeping the area clean and secure.

The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. To succeed, you will handle payments, maintain shift logs, record vehicle details, and enforce parking policies while supporting

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred, but a positive, helpful attitude is essential.
• Candidates must maintain a clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in the past three years.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Successful completion of a background check is required and must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic and assist guests to ensure a smooth parking experience.
• Issue tickets, handle payments, and track money and paperwork.
• Complete shift logs and document parking activity.
• Label keys and maintain organized records of parked cars.
• Check the lot regularly for safety and policy compliance; report issues.
• Maintain a clean and presentable parking area and booth; assist with light cleaning.
• Provide friendly customer service for payments and parking questions.
• Communicate with the team using radios and support a positive work environment.
• Arrive on time and uphold a professional appearance and attendance.
• Take on additional duties to support operations and training sessions.
