Parking Management Company (PMC) seeks a Lot Attendant / Lot Auditor to guide traffic, assist guests, monitor the lot, and keep the area clean. Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, and comfortable outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities include processing payments, maintaining logs, ensuring policy compliance, coordinating with the team via radios, and supporting safe, efficient parking operations. This is an hourly, non-exempt role with overtime opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Background check required.
• No special certifications necessary.

Responsibilities

• Issue tickets and collect payments accurately.
• Complete shift logs and revenue tracking.
• Label keys and maintain organized vehicle records.
• Inspect lot for safety and report unsafe conditions.
• Keep the parking area and booth clean and presentable.
• Assist guests with payments and questions, with a friendly attitude.
• Communicate with team via radios and support a positive work environment.
