Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a House Person to clean and maintain public hotel areas in accordance with brand standards and sustainability guidelines.

You will greet guests, perform cleaning tasks, report maintenance issues, and assist during peak periods as a room attendant when needed. This role emphasizes guest satisfaction and safety, with standing shifts and potential holiday/weekend hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience or equivalent training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge guests in a courteous manner.
• Inspect assigned areas and perform cleaning tasks accordingly.
• Collect trash from service landings and dispose of in outside dumpsters.
• Vacuum and dust guest corridors.
• Transport linen from floors to the laundry collection site.
• Deliver clean linen to assigned sections.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest areas.
• Respond to guest inquiries and assistance.
• Work as a room attendant during staffing shortages or peak periods.
• Support guest satisfaction initiatives and EarthView sustainability guidelines.
