Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a House Person to clean and maintain public hotel areas and support guest services. The role covers greeting guests, inspecting spaces, cleaning corridors, handling linens, and reporting maintenance issues.

Flexibility to cover rooms during peak periods is required, with adherence to HHM EarthView sustainability practices. Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma and prior housekeeping experience or training.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education; previous housekeeping experience or training preferred.
• Ability to greet guests in a courteous manner and maintain cleanliness.
• Follows safety guidelines and uses cleaning chemicals properly.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Inspect assigned areas and perform cleaning tasks accordingly.
• Collect trash and dispose of it properly.
• Vacuum and dust guest corridors.
• Transport linen to the laundry collection site and deliver clean linen to sections.
• Report maintenance issues and respond to guest inquiries.
• Be flexible to cover room attendant duties during peak periods.
• Follow HHM EarthView sustainability guidelines.
