Job summary

The Guest Services, Inc. hotel in Naples, FL seeks a Sales & Event Coordinator to support the Sales and Catering team by coordinating meetings, social events, and group room blocks while handling daily admin tasks to ensure smooth operations from planning to execution.

You will be the welcoming contact for clients, work with hotel departments on communications and documentation, and assist with site visits and events to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or hospitality preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills essential.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Flexible with evenings and weekend events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event details including meeting space, menus, room setups, and audiovisual needs.
• Serve as the welcoming contact for clients throughout planning.
• Prepare and distribute BEOs and communicate details to hotel departments.
• Assist with wedding and group room blocks, rooming lists, reservations, and guest requests.
• Assist with sales inquiries, proposals, contracts, correspondence, and client follow-up.
• Track agreements, deposit deadlines, and event details to keep bookings on schedule.
• Assist with site visits, client appointments, and daily sales office administration.
• Provide support before, during, and after events to ensure a seamless experience.
