Job summary

DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Naples in Naples, FL is seeking a proactive Hotel Sales & Event Coordinator to support the Sales and Catering team. You will coordinate meetings, social events, and group room blocks while handling daily administrative tasks for the sales office, serving as a welcoming point of contact for clients.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of hotel or hospitality experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a guest-focused approach.

Qualifications

• One to three years of hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Friendly, professional appearance and guest-focused service.
• Available for occasional evening and weekend events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event details, including meeting space, menus, room setups, and audiovisual needs.
• Serve as a welcoming contact for clients throughout the planning process.
• Prepare and distribute BEOs and communicate details to hotel departments.
• Assist with wedding and group room blocks, rooming lists, reservations, and guest requests.
• Assist with sales inquiries, proposals, contracts, correspondence, and client follow-up.
• Track agreements, deposits, and event details to keep bookings on schedule.
• Assist with site visits, client appointments, and daily sales office administration.
• Provide support before, during, and after events to ensure a seamless experience.
