Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure all property equipment functions and guest rooms are well-maintained. You will perform preventive maintenance, handle repairs, and maintain safety records to uphold company standards.

Responsibilities include responding to guest requests, conducting cleaning and upkeep, and assisting with emergencies as needed. This role requires adherence to safety policies and the Green Shield Binder procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and follow safety procedures and manuals.
• Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates commitment to guest and associate experience.
• Responds to guest requests with follow-through per guidelines.
• Performs out-of-room cleaning to maintain pristine premises, including interior, exterior, and grounds.
• Executes repairs listed on work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Completes preventative maintenance inspections and repairs as scheduled.
• Maintains records of inspections, deficiencies, and life safety checks.
• Keeps maintenance areas organized and tools in good condition.
• Ensures fire safety equipment is operational and inspected.
• Assists with emergencies and coordinates with management as needed.
• Supports cleaning in other hotel areas when required.
