val's services is seeking a Hotel Maintenance Technician to help keep guest rooms and public areas safe, comfortable, and well maintained. You will perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs across essential hotel systems.

This role requires hands-on problem solving in occupied spaces, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with hotel teams and contractors while maintaining guest privacy.

Qualifications

• Hands-on troubleshooting across hotel systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality maintenance work.

Responsabilités

• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs in guest rooms and shared areas.
• Handle issues across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and basic carpentry.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
• Document completed work and update maintenance records.
• Coordinate with hotel teams and outside contractors when necessary.
• Follow safety procedures, protect guest privacy, and maintain clean, organized workspaces.
