Job summary

OTH Hotels Resorts is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the safety and comfort of our properties. This hands-on role covers repair, preventive maintenance, and responsive service across guest rooms, public spaces, and back-office areas.

You will troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry issues, perform routine tasks, and keep accurate maintenance records while coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor. The work is physical and fast-paced, with varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3+ years of maintenance/repair experience, preferably in hospitality or commercial settings.
• Property-based role with no travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related systems.
• Assist in maintaining safe building operations and accurate records.
• Communicate issues to maintenance leadership and coordinate with other departments.
