• Ability to perform repairs promptly and safely per PM guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure property equipment functions and guest rooms are in good repair.
• Perform repairs listed on work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Complete preventive maintenance inspections as outlined in PM program.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and safeguard tools inventory daily.
• Respond to guest requests and assist with property needs as directed.
• Coordinate with vendors and management on maintenance tasks and safety inspections.
