Job summary

Limelight Hotels by Aspen One seeks a Maintenance Engineering Manager for Limelight Boulder to oversee exterior and interior building maintenance and cover the Director of Engineering in their absence.

This full-time role reports to the Director of Engineering, manages equipment, preventative maintenance, safety programs and cross-department coordination, with a salary range of $75,000–$85,000 and bonus eligibility. Strong leadership and HVAC, electrical, plumbing experience are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Knowledge of hotel mechanical systems and maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of operating equipment.
• Respond to guest issues and communicate effectively.
• Set up training programs for engineering staff.
• Coordinate with Director of Engineering on staffing and performance.
• Organize and supervise sub-contractors and preventative maintenance.
