Aspen One is seeking a Maintenance Engineer I to handle maintenance requests across hotel areas, including rooms, public spaces, and exterior areas. You will report to the Director of Engineering and contribute to safety inspections and project planning.

The role requires basic maintenance skills, ability to work weekends/holidays, and strong communication with guests and team members. Compensation aligns with hotel engineering roles and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years experience in HVAC, electrical and/or plumbing preferred.

Responsabilités

• Respond to and complete all general maintenance requests as needed including all areas inside and outside of the hotel & related properties.
• Tape, spackle, and paint walls.
• Promptly and courteously respond to guest room calls.
• Ensure work orders are tracked, completed, and prioritized.
• Help plan and coordinate projects during the off season.
• Perform safety inspections.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met including OSHA and GHS.
