Job summary

Aspen One’s Limelight Ketchum location is seeking a Maintenance Engineer I to handle general maintenance across rooms, public areas, and exterior spaces. The role reports to the Director of Engineering and offers an hourly wage range of $21.00–$25.00, dependent on budget and experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, mechanical repairs, and carpentry.
• Knowledge of company's safety procedures and protocols.
• Basic industry terminology.
• Ability to work some weekends and holidays.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete general maintenance requests for indoor/outdoor areas.
• Tape, spackle, and paint walls as needed.
• Address guest room calls promptly and courteously.
• Track, complete, and prioritize work orders.
