Job summary

The Cove Golf Course at The Lodge of Four Seasons in Lake Ozark, MO is seeking a friendly Golf Shop Attendant to join our Golf Operations team and deliver exceptional service to members and guests.

You will assist with tee time check-ins and reservations, process retail and green fee transactions at the POS, maintain a clean, organized shop, assist with merchandising and stocking, and coordinate with outside staff to support tournaments and daily operations, while delivering welcoming,

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer and cash handling skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Golf knowledge preferred but not required.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Assist customers with tee time check-in and reservations.
• Process retail sales, green fees, cart fees, and merchandise transactions at the POS.
• Answer phone calls and assist guests with questions regarding tee times, rates, and course information.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the golf shop.
• Assist with merchandising, stocking, and displaying golf shop merchandise.
• Communicate with outside services staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist with tournament and outing operations as needed.
• Provide accurate information regarding golf course policies, events, and promotions.
