Job summary

The Cove Golf Course at The Lodge of Four Seasons in Lake Ozark, MO is seeking a friendly Golf Shop Attendant to join our Golf Operations team and deliver exceptional service to members and guests.

You will assist with tee time check-ins and reservations, process retail and green fee transactions at the POS, maintain a clean, organized shop, assist with merchandising and stocking, and coordinate with outside staff to support tournaments and daily operations, while delivering welcoming,

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer and cash handling skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Golf knowledge preferred but not required.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a professional and welcoming manner.

Description

The Cove Golf Course at The Lodge of Four Seasons is seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Golf Shop Attendant to join our Golf Operations team! Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service. This position is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the golf shop while providing excellent customer service to members and guests. The Golf Shop Attendant will help manage tee times, retail sales, and ensure golfers have a positive and organized experience before and after their round.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a professional and welcoming manner

• Process retail sales, green fees, cart fees, and merchandise transactions using the point-of-sale system
