Job summary

The Lodge of Four Seasons in Lake Ozark, MO is seeking a Golf Course Maintenance team member. You will contribute to keeping greens, fairways, and surrounding areas safe and enjoyable for guests.

Responsibilities include mowing, trimming vegetation, watering and fertilizing, repairing divots and ball marks, and operating course equipment. The role supports course renovations and landscaping, with emphasis on teamwork and reliable, detail-oriented work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior golf course maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to operate and maintain equipment.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Mowing greens, fairways, and roughs.
• Trimming trees, bushes, and other vegetation.
• Watering and fertilizing the course.
• Repairing divots and ball marks.
• Operating and maintaining equipment such as mowers, tractors, and other machinery.
• Assisting with special projects such as course renovations and landscaping.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the Golf Course Superintendent.
