Job summary

The Lodge of Four Seasons in Lake Ozark, MO is seeking a Cart Attendant to join a dynamic hospitality team. You will transport carts, keep them clean, and assist with tournament operations as needed.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, dependable, with good communication skills and a basic knowledge of golf rules. Weekend and holiday availability April–October is required. Troon, a global leader in golf and hospitality, supports your growth.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Working knowledge of the rules of golf is preferred.
• Ability to learn and enforce course policies, rules, and regulations.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely.

Responsibilities

• Transports carts to and from the cart barn daily.
• Cleans, waters, and checks carts after each use and restocks as required.
• Cleans and maintains the cart barn.
• Ensures the carts are available for player use at all times.
• Receives and communicates complaints to the Golf Shop.
• Works closely with Golf Shop staff to prepare and conduct golf tournaments.
• Implements and supports all course policies and programs as communicated by management.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays between April and October.
