Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• Preferred Experience: 1 year in retail, service or restaurant environment.
• Licenses/Certifications: Serv Safe Certified a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly manner to make them feel welcomed.
• Manage food stock levels, costs and waste, preparation, presentation and safety for hot/cold items.
• Oversee food service area cleanliness, sanitation and equipment maintenance.
• Meet company goals for food sales (pizza, breakfast sandwiches, coffee).
• Provide training, feedback, coaching and direction to team members on food preparation and safety.
