Job summary

UDF is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead to oversee the foodservice area of a United Dairy Farmers store. The role requires knowledge of foodservice programs, equipment, SOPs, and the ability to train other associates to grow foodservice sales.

The Food Lead must provide outstanding service to Guests following the Hi Five experience while ensuring safe, honest, and compliant store operations. Alcohol and tobacco sales require state-qualification.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to become Food Safety certified under applicable regulations.
• Ability to operate store equipment including POS terminal and gas console.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, clean, and stocked foodservice area.
• Provide outstanding guest service following the Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Ensure correct dating and food safety on all products and equipment.
• Monitor temperatures and logs for foodservice areas.
• Train associates on foodservice programs and SOPs.
• Complete duties as assigned by Management.
