Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Columbus, OH is seeking a Food Lead to oversee safe, clean, and stocked foodservice areas, ensure correct dating and food safety, and support hourly associates with proper knowledge to grow foodservice sales. You will follow SOPs and the Hi Five Guest Experience during every shift.

The Food Lead must be licensed to conduct alcohol and tobacco sales where required, train team members on foodservice programs, and maintain accurate temperature logs, inventory, and equipment

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and understand English well for customer communication.
• Food Safety certification or ability to become certified.
• Ability to operate POS and cash handling.
• Ability to follow instructions and SOPs precisely.
• Capability to lift up to 10 pounds and tolerate cold temperatures.
• Strong attention to detail for dating, temperatures, and stock rotation.

Responsibilities

• Turn on and operate foodservice equipment and ensure correct dating.
• Prepare fresh condiments per Production Guide and SOPs.
• Maintain temperature logs for all foodservice areas.
• Keep foodservice areas stocked Monday–Friday 5AM–12PM.
• Ensure proper stock rotation and reduce out-of-stocks.
• Complete wash, rinse, and sanitizing activities for smallwares.
• Greet guests and provide Hi Five guest experience.
• Assist management in training associates on foodservice programs.
