Job summary

The lead manages food prep, maintains temperatures and dating, and trains staff on SOPs, including alcohol and tobacco compliance, while supporting store-wide tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Knowledge of foodservice programs and SOPs.
• Ability to legally sell alcohol and tobacco where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and stock foodservice items per guidelines.
• Maintain temperature logs and proper dating.
• Ensure clean, safe and presentable foodservice areas.
• Assist guests and provide Hi Five experience.
• Train associates on food safety and program changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership.
