Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Retail Food and Beverage Lead for Store 133. The role involves managing a safe, clean, and stocked foodservice area and delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest.

You will ensure proper dating, food safety, and accurate transactions while leading shifts. Responsibilities include preparing DipSide items, operating the POS system, stocking and maintaining cleanliness, and following SOPs to grow foodservice sales.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain Food Safety certification under state laws.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English.
• Must be able to operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately.
• Must handle inventory, stocking and daily foodservice tasks.
• Must be capable of lifting up to 10 pounds and working in a refrigerated environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Prepare DipSide items and maintain quality and portion control.
• Operate POS terminal and manage gas sales and transactions.
• Stock shelves, keep displays clean, rotate stock and ensure product dating.
• Maintain food safety practices and temperature logs across foodservice areas.
