Responsibilities

• Perform SSA EXTRA Guest Service steps to create a memorable guest experience.
• Support restaurant prep (FOH and line) for daily operations.
• Meet daily quick service, safety, quality, availability, merchandising and guest service standards.
• Record safety logs including food temperatures, rotation and waste as needed.
• Maintain proper uniform, hygiene, hand-washing and glove use.
• Uphold SSAFE work environment by following SSAFETY rules.
• Follow daily prep and items lists as assigned.
• Assist operations in assigned role and support gaps as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest feedback and report to supervisor to prevent repeating issues.
• Communicate issues to Restaurant Supervisor or Food Operations Manager regarding service or quality.
• Stay knowledgeable about all menu items, prices and specials for guests.
• Perform other tasks as deemed necessary.
• Keep a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Demonstrate understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Contribute to a clean and welcoming guest experience through sanitation practices.
