Tao Group Hospitality is seeking an in-venue runner to deliver all food menu items and describe them to guests, acting as a liaison between servers, bartenders and chefs. You will engage with guests and staff to ensure gracious hospitality and seamless service.

Responsibilities include maintaining station cleanliness, assisting with front-of-house and heart-of-house coordination, and participating in daily pre-service meetings.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience.
• Previous food running experience.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge.

Responsabilités

• Delivers and describes all food items to guests.
• Interacts politely with guests, servers, bartenders and chefs to ensure hospitality.
• Maintains station cleanliness and supports opening/closing procedures as directed.
