Pacific Hospitality Group is seeking a Food Server to deliver warm, attentive service in our dining rooms. You will take accurate orders, upsell menu items, pair beverages, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure a smooth dining experience for every guest.

This full-time position requires about 1 year of food-and-beverage experience, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to communicate clearly. Compensation starts at $7.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Takes accurate orders and enters them in the POS system.
• Balances payment methods and closes out the table with the sales report.
• Follows food handling, sanitation, and health department guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Takes accurate orders from guests and enters them in the POS system.
• Enter orders, note dietary needs and requests, and communicate with kitchen staff.
• Assist guests with beverage and menu recommendations and upsell items.
• Prepare dining area, reset tables, and maintain cleanliness.
• Process payments accurately and balance to sales report.
• Provide excellent guest service and ensure a positive dining experience.
