Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our games and entertainment options running smoothly and safely. You will perform electrical, mechanical, and technical work, troubleshoot issues, and maintain inventory while delivering top-notch guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Guest-focused mindset and safety-conscious approach.

• Strong problem solving and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to learn and use multiple systems supporting the business.
• Basic knowledge of repair/maintenance of arcade games and bowling equipment.
• Practical skills in electronics, mechanics and hydraulics.
• Ability to use and handle common hand tools.
• Comfort with ladders and handling equipment up to 250 lbs.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety practices and PPE requirements.
• Effective communication with management, team, and guests.
• Flexible availability including days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards across the center.
• Greet and engage guests as an ambassador of FUN.
• Perform electrical, mechanical and technical maintenance on games and equipment.
• Troubleshoot repairs on arcade games, tellers, pinsetters, etc.
• Disassemble/replace mechanical and electrical components.
• Maintain accurate inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Keep the mechanic shop and facility organized and clean.
