Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Technician to maintain and repair games, tellers, pinsetters, and related equipment. You will perform electrical, mechanical, and technical maintenance to keep centers running safely.

You will troubleshoot, disassemble and replace components, manage inventory, and help with tool and supply ordering while upholding safety and sanitation standards. On-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Guest-focused mindset.

• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to learn and use multiple systems that support the business.
• General knowledge of repair and maintenance of automated bowling equipment and arcade games.
• Practical knowledge of electronics, mechanics, and hydraulics.
• Basic working knowledge of hand tools; ability to use tools.
• Ability to work on ladders and lift up to 250 lbs.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Ability to wear PPE and communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, mechanical, and technical maintenance on games and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot repairs on games, tellers, pinsetters, etc.
• Disassemble, replace, and repair components or parts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Order supplies, tools, and materials as needed.
• Keep the mechanic shop and facility clean and organized.
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards.
• Welcome and engage with guests as a FUN ambassador.
• Participate in paid on-the-job training.
