Job summary

Main Event is seeking a Technician to maintain the games and equipment across our center in a fast-paced, fun environment. You will perform electrical, mechanical, and technical maintenance to keep attractions running safely and smoothly for guests.

You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and replace components, maintain inventory, and support shop operations. The role requires teamwork, strong problem-solving, and the ability to learn multiple systems, with paid on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Guest-focused mindset and teamwork required.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to learn multiple systems supporting the business.
• Knowledge of repair and maintenance of automated bowling equipment and arcade games.
• Skilled in electronics, mechanics, and hydraulics.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and how to use them.
• Able to work on ladders and lift up to 250 lbs.
• Familiar with OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Able to wear and work in PPE.
• Effective communication with management, team members, and guests.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, mechanical and technical maintenance.
• Troubleshoot repairs on games, tellers, and pinsetters.
• Disassemble, replace and repair mechanical and electrical components.
• Maintain inventory records.
• Order supplies and materials as needed.
• Keep mechanic shop and facility organized and clean.
• Uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
• Greet guests and act as a FUN ambassador.
• Participate in paid on-the-job training.
