Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Technician to maintain our games and entertainment options, ensuring they are safe and performing well. You’ll support center equipment, building and systems while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

Daily tasks include cleaning, engaging guests, performing preventive and scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting game repairs, inventory management and ordering supplies. A strong safety mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Guest-focused mindset and guest engagement skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and solve problems quickly.
• Knowledge of electronics, mechanics and hydraulics for arcade equipment.
• Basic use of hand tools and safety practices for maintenance.
• Willingness to work on ladders and lift equipment up to 250 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, mechanical and technical maintenance on games and equipment.
• Troubleshoot repairs on games, tellers and pinsetters.
• Disassemble and replace bearings, coils, armatures, wiring and other parts.
• Maintain clean and organized mechanic shop and inventory records.
• Order supplies and materials as needed; communicate with team and guests.
