Qualifications

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience with the ability to learn and retain menu items, ingredients, and allergy-related information.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to support others.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and special events based on business needs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Previous POS and cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming and knowledgeable first point of contact, creating a positive guest experience.
• Accurately process orders and payments at the POS, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Follow steps of service and communicate menu offerings, including ingredients and allergy information.
• Own the counter area and pastry display, keeping them clean and well-stocked.
• Support baristas and front-of-house during peak times and assist with inventory tasks.
