Qualifications

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience with the ability to learn and retain menu items and allergy information.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and events.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Previous POS and cash handling experience.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and operate the POS accurately to process orders and payments.
• Maintain the counter and pastry display, ensuring cleanliness and attractive presentation.
• Provide warm, efficient service and build rapport with regular guests.
• Package orders correctly and support third-party delivery and catering orders.
• Assist baristas and front-of-house staff during peak times and with inventory tasks.
• Report safety hazards and maintenance needs to leadership.
