Job summary

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills (written and verbal).
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
• Availability to work nights and weekends is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations and make change.
• Must have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Must have the ability to lift, stoop, and bend; up to 30 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers at counter.
• Receive payments and manage cash drawer.
• Prepare beverages and stock counters and cabinets.
• Work with kitchen staff to fulfill orders.
• Expedite food orders and ensure accuracy.
• Operate POS and process card transactions.
• Answer phones and take phone orders.
• Maintain sanitary standards and clean workstation.
• Support fellow team members as needed.
• Assist with catering orders and bagging.
