Job summary

Peppermill is seeking a Full-Service Cashier to provide guests with efficient, friendly service and to create a positive dining experience. You will greet guests, manage seating information, take orders with the POS, know menu items and specials, assist with service and delivery, and help maintain a clean dining area.

Qualifications include being 21+, Alcohol Awareness Card, 1 year of experience preferred, ability to lift 15 pounds, and clear English communication.

Duties:

Sincerely greet and thank each guest.

Determine guest needs, provide information on seating status, take names and quote wait times accurately.

Takes and completes orders while accurately utilizing the POS system.

Knowledge of all menu items, prices, coupons and specials.

Assist in the service and delivery of the food.

Completes all shift side work requirements.

Continuously maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests and employees.

Responsible for clearing, cleaning, and resetting the tables.
